How SusuLoop handles your information.
What we collect
- Account details you enter at sign-up: legal name, email, mobile phone, date of birth and mailing address.
- Identity documents for review: a profile photo and the front and back of your driver's license.
- Circle records: contributions, payment-proof screenshots, payouts, your optional Cash App tag or QR code, service-fee choice, reviews and in-app notifications.
- An activity log of important actions (for example identity decisions and payment approvals) to keep circle records accurate.
What we don't use
- SusuLoop does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers or session recording. Fonts are served from our own site. Your language choice is saved only in your browser.
- SusuLoop does not hold or move money and never receives your bank or card details. Payments happen outside the app in Cash App.
Who can see it
- Other circle members see only your username and chosen avatar. Your real name, photo, contact details, identity documents and payment proofs are visible only to you and circle administrators.
- Uploaded files are stored privately and are shown only through short-lived links to signed-in people allowed to see them.
Service providers
- Our hosting and database provider stores account data and files.
- When you upload an ID photo, the image is sent to an AI service to check only that the photo is clear, upright and fully visible. It never approves anyone — an administrator makes every decision.
- When a new member signs up, the organizer receives a Telegram message with the member's name, email, city/state and sign-up time.
Your choices
- From your Profile page you can download a copy of your data and ask for your account to be deleted. Some financial and activity records may need to be kept so other members' circle history stays accurate.
